Olasubomi Funmilayo is the Managing Director of Shortcaike Beauty Stores. She is driven by an unwavering dedication to skincare, beauty and wellness, the cornerstone of Shortcaike. Her wish is for everyone to have access to skincare tailored to their individual needs and concerns, protecting the skin’s integrity without harmful practices like skin bleaching.
Today’s skincare landscape often promotes damaging ideals, such as whitening products, that cause irreversible harm to the skin barrier. As a skincare formulator and aesthetician trained abroad, Funmilayo set out to change that narrative, particularly in Nigeria, through evidence-based clinical skincare.
